Nick and I travelled to the North Devon Journal offices in Barnstaple this morning for the drawing of the winning tickets of the Reels on Wheels Fundraising Spring Raffle this morning. We met with Kathryn Smith (formerly Fell), who drew the 5 winners from the Buddy Bus Bucket!

To be quite honest, ticket sales were somewhat disappointing, considering the 200+ ROW forum members, very few of whom bothered to take part, but we would like to thank wholeheartedly, those who did show their support. At least we broke even…
We’d also like to thank Kathryn for taking time out to draw the tickets, note down the winners and sign the reverse of the winning stubs. We look forward to talking to her in the very near future! 
I shall be posting a list of forthcoming events for 2009, in the next day or so, including the dates of Nick’s Fish O’Mania heats at Stafford Moor and Moorlands Fisheries.
