One World, One Heart

In the spirit of Reels on Wheels, I persuaded Nick to get involved with OWOH this year. It’s a Magic Carpet Ride through Blogland and I thought it’d be great for him to give something back, aswell as ‘meeting’ lots of other bloggers, connecting with a wider audience and maybe being able to help someone else who may not otherwise have found Reels on Wheels…

This exciting event takes place from Monday 25th January through to midnight on February 14th and all you have to do is leave a comment on this post, with your email address, to be in with a chance of winning one of the two Giveaways. The winners will be announced here on the blog on February 15th, so make sure you bookmark and come back if you’ve entered to win! Good luck!

Giveaway 1: A 48 hour pass to fish on The Birch Syndicate Water at Peterstone Fishery in South Wales, accompanied by Nick, as a guest of Martin Cronin – Fishery Manager and former Carp Champion. See photo below:

    The photograph is awesome! DH used to do a bit of sea fishing, when there were still fish around to be had off the Pier. That was a long time ago though, but he’d enjoy the chance of 48 tranquil hours away from the nagging wife, lolol ( ME ).

    I realise that the 48 fishing trip is too far for many of you and some of you wont know who Mat Hayes is…well he is the number 1 TV angling personality in the UK and travels world wide and the photo of him was sent to me by him so its a bit of a keep sake.

    Hi Nick!! I am disabled(recently) and married to a fisherman! LOL what a coincidence :p anyway, it would kill my Ron if I didn’t stop and say Hi. We live at the New Jersey Shore,USA.
    He is an AVID Salt water fisherman. ( works as a postal worker)

    He has only ever mentioned 2 places he’d like to fish before going onto to the great ocean in the sky…Alaska for Halibut, and the Great Tortugas (for whatever they catch there).
    If I could afford to send him to you, I would apply for the giveaway. but alas,not in this recession.
